It’s no secret that the pandemic, coupled with lockdown has played a big role in the adoption of online shopping. Stuck in our homes, not able to go to stores, we turned to our phones/laptops to purchase the things we needed. Businesses that enabled us, their customers, to conveniently shop online benefited greatly — and this does not look like it will be changing anytime soon.

The adoption of online shopping has introduced another benefit for business owners: Data! Customers’ intentions, motivations, interests are now 0’s and 1’s, making it that much more important to be able to study data collected by your website. By studying data, business owners gain insights such as:
